Also, more than half of the operations of buying and selling is done in housings of new construction.
The buy of an apartment is a very important decision if we bear in mind the instability of the Euribor and of the real estate market. At the same time, anyone is not a suitable candidate for eyes of the banks. These think it more than two times to give the money. It is no wonder, therefore, that the loans demand has gone down on all the markets and in major proportion in the mortgages.
