ActivoBank comes to 100 % of the amount of the second cheapest mortgage of the market

ActivoBank is going to extend Active Mortgage will extend in the following days up to 100 % the maximum amount granted in his loan. This financial product grants the second cheapest differential of the market †“the Euribor more 0,22 %-and till now it covers only 80 % of the value of appraisal. To obtain 100 %, the client will have to pay a premium that is located between 1,5 % and 3 %.
The entity has already come to an agreement with the American insurer Genworth, which will be who realizes the premiums that will be signed by the clients who want to request more than 80 % of the value of appraisal. In practice, the premium of this insurance works as if it was a commission of opening of a loan. It is paid of only one time and depends on the percentage of the value of appraisal that wants to be financed.
