The Euribor closes In February bordering on 4,1 %

The Euribor, interest rate to which there are indexed most of the mortgage loans in Spain, will finish in February at the edge of 4,1 %, with what it is located in the highest level from August, 2001.
He supposes the seventeenth consecutive monthly increase
According to the calculations of the analysts, bearing in mind the daily quotation, the Euribor has fixed his change in 4,095 % of average for lack of the today day. This level supposes 0,031 points with regard to 4,064 % registered in January and 1,881 points as regards 2,914 % in which it was located in February, 2006.
This increase will be translated in an increase of the monthly quota of the mortgage credits that are checked annually with the new valuation in the next days.
In an average mortgage, which according to the information of the INE was located in 140.275 euros in 2006, in a term of 25 years and with a differential of 0,50 points on the Euribor, the monthly quota would go on from 695,8 euros that had to be paid in February of last year to approximately 787,28 euros, what supposes a monthly increase for 91,5 euros in the quotas of the mortgage and an annual increase for 1.100 euros.
