The BBK throws a mortgage without quotas in 2007

The BBK will throw in March a new mortgage that allows to postpone the quotas during this year. The product, which there is part of that it reckons for the box to throw to celebrate his centenary, tries to do easier to support the first year after the buy of a housing, which is usually full of expenses.
The loan offers up to 95 % of the appraisal of the housing. The interests postponed during the first year are distributed throughout the term in which there is hired the mortgage, which can reach up to 50 years.
