95 of Cajamar mortgages Coverage

The Land-bank of Almeria, Cajamar, has extracted to the market the ‘Mortgage Coverage 95 ′, a mortgage that he finances up to 95 per cent of the value of appraisal of the housing, without need to reach port guarantors or other new insurances.
The entity indicated that the amount to finance can reach 350.000 euros, whenever it does not overcome 95 per cent of the value of the housing and added that the authorization of the credit remains guaranteed by means of an insurance of mortgage guarantee, which cost can be included in the quota of the proper mortgage.
