The risk of lengthening the term of the mortgages

From the bank of Spain they have commented on the dangers that the pay-off period of the mortgages supposes prolonging, sometimes up to 50 years. According to the BDE this situation endures a serious risk so much for the credit companies because it generates a big instability as for the families that every year see increasing the interests.
